Prepare your first visit
Kiné Diddeleng requires a medical prescription. Bring it, relevant reports you already have and a list of your treatments. You do not need to request a new MRI just to prepare for a session.
Think of an activity you want to regain: walking to the shops, standing up more easily or returning to sport. Explain what prevents it and for how long.
Assessment and goals
The conversation covers symptoms, their development, health history and daily life. Appropriate assessment may then explore movement and abilities. Signs requiring medical attention take priority.
A concrete goal makes progress easier to follow: a simpler task, a longer walk or more confidence. Pain matters, but it is not the only measure.
Active care
Care may combine explanations, progressive exercises and activity advice. Suitable hands-on techniques can complement this work. They are not a promise of an immediate fix or a requirement in every programme.
Ask about each exercise's purpose, amount and stopping signs. A small home programme that fits your day is more useful than a list you cannot use.
Review and coordination
Discuss your response to sessions, including the next day. The programme changes if activity remains too difficult or your needs change. Lack of progress or new symptoms may require further medical assessment.
With scoliosis, an inflammatory condition or nerve problems, medical or specialist instructions form part of the plan. This page does not promise specialist treatment for every such condition.

Your questions
Can I come without a prescription?
A medical prescription is required at the practice. Call for practical information if you are unsure how to prepare.
Does physiotherapy replace urgent medical advice?
No. Warning signs or worsening neurological symptoms need appropriate medical help first. Do not wait for a session or a callback.
